Hello there collectors
I stumbled accross a doll today that I had as a child, she's a Sindy doll. I had a couple of Sindy dolls as a child but always preferred Barbie.
Any how, upon stumbling accross my childhood Sindy it got me to thinking how many collectors 'rename' their dolls?
The reason for thinking this being because out of all my childhood Sindy dolls (4 in total) 3 of them I had renamed. It makes perfect sense really...you couldn't set up a game of dolls and have them all called Sindy it would just be ridiculous. Imagine being in a room full of people all with the same name as you! You wouldn't know who was taking to who!
I don't recall ever renaming any of my Barbies as a child but I have renamed my Fashion Queen tof Faye.
How many of you rename your dolls?
Oh yes indeed, but starting to run out of names, or at least they seem harder to name. Ha ha, perhaps that means I have too many dolls....nah, can't possibly mean that.
